Now that we’re a month into school, it’s a little harder to get motivated to run with the work starting to pile up. Here are a few sites to get you jazzed about running and pumped up for our workout tomorrow (it will be HILLS OF DOOM).
1. Training plan from New Balance: This site helps you plan your training for a 5k, 10k, half, or full marathon based on your skill-level (beginner, intermediate, advanced.) It’s a cool way to see if you’re on track for your next race.
2. TED talks by Christopher McDougall: Interesting talk about an underdog winning a marathon and what makes people successful runners.
3. Jog FM: Looking for running music? This site provides playlists that will help you reach your target mile times.
